The Cauayan City Water District's General Manager, Engr. Artemio A. Quintero earmarked the computerization of the operation facilities by acquiring the first T-Box Technology from Techno Trade of Belgium. The T-Box Technology installed, programmed is intended for the Telemetry, Automation and SCADA of Cauayan City Water District Deepwell Pumping Station Remote Controlling, Monitoring and Data Logging of system operation.

 

Tumauini Water District under the managed of Mr. Justito "Chavi" Jimenez, Jr. through the endless support of District Board of Directors and encouragement of Mayor Arnold S. Bautista is the first water district in the Philippines who acquired Alldos Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) Generating System and installed in Lanna Pumping Station.

The Chlorine Dioxide Generating System aimed to reduce the iron content from 1.8 ppm to 1 ppm or less and served as continuous disinfectant to their water source. The newly acquired technology of TWD will enhances the economic potentials through improved health and sanitation, productivity and livelihood opportunities on account of a reliable, safe and adequate water supply for Tumauini Populace
